Eric Carl is helping the retail giant democratize wellness by helping families live healthier lives. In this role he is responsible for developing the merchandising strategy, identifying new and emerging brands and trends, and leading differentiated platforms and partnerships that help drive both business and social impact. In his 12 years at Target, Eric has worked across a variety of roles within the merchandising organization but has found that he is most passionate about the work in his current role as he is able to leverage his experience and skill set to help drive positive change in helping to scale up better for your businesses.
